"Poor hair quality. Poor customer service"
I had bought hairpieces a few times before from Loard Hair. The hair was always great no matter if it wasn't too expensive. Last time I ordered I decided to customize the piece and receive it ready to use (measures, haircut, etc). I don't know what they did with my hair but it didn't last 3 months (all my previous hair lasted almost a year). In the first month more than half of the hair was gone, and a big role opened in the front part.
As it never happened before I decided to give them another chance. Ordered a hair piece (PO00097271) over a week ago waiting to receive it asap as my current hair is all gone. Until now my order has no update. I tried to contact customer service a few times and was given the contact of a person called Leiki. She ignored all my messages through whatsapp (even being online) as well my emails. And I have no idea when will I receive my hair.
Never buying from Loardhair anymore!

Been wearing hair systems for 30 years and always paid 500 . Got one of you today mid light density for 239 and I'm amazed at the quality! I have been getting ripped off for to long!

"Avoid at all costs"
Pathetic system, very bad quality, fake hairy. Last 2 weeks. Premium price low quality systems, customer service replay once per week. Disgusting people, don't waste your time on them anymore.

Lord Hair has been ignoring my messages, and I have sent an email after 5 days of no updates answers, or ideas about where my hair system is. When I got a hold of someone they told me, Please wait for your agent to contact you on the next business day. I waited for that, and no one said anything at all. I'm just absolutely infuriated that I finally take a plunge on this idea, and these guys completely fumble this with no regard to any level of communication. They were willing to take my 300 dollars but did not actually follow through and send me my product.
EDIT:
Was a 1-star review, but after a few days of being in the dark, they promptly shipped it fixing any mishandling. They gave me a nicer system, got it in considerably quicker than I expected, and fully communicated everything that was necessary to me. I got what I needed and they showed me they are a trustworthy business with customer satisfaction in mind, so even if the initial mess-up was not okay, the corrective action was more than enough.

I got a system while very unsure of the color matching my hair. The difference wasn’t very noticeable. For my second order, I got a color ring to match my hair color first. I have been wearing my second hairpiece for the 3rd week now. This new system matches my hair color and there’s less of a hassle taking care of it.

2 months later review.
It’s been about 8 weeks since I got my hairpiece from Lordhair and I’m truly impressed. I dyed the hair and there has been little hair falling off my unit and the base is still as solid as I got it. I can still use it for about a month before I get a new unit

Genuine and corrective efforts have been made to pacify and remedy my view and feelings towards Lordhair. Ms Kay turned out to be a champ and followed through to assure that my order was complete and accurate. I did finally receive my first order and it was perfect and suited my needs. Even though there was some unexpected bumps along the road, she was able to smooth things out and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I withdraw my first review about my encounter with Lordhair and give them my utmost respect for making things right and recommend Lordhair for anyone looking to have their custom made hair system done in a professional manor. I have been using the system I got from them for almost 2 months now and I am really happy with the way it’s been going so far. Sent in a hair sample for a custom order but mailed it to the wrong address and kept arguing with my customer service agent, insisting it was her mistake. This was before I went back to our email thread and found it I was actually at fault. Anyways, she was still very nice to me, helped me track my parcel and I just got my custom hair system. The service I received is really commendable. Thank you
